Flaco values your privacy and security and provides this Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") to provide information about the ways that Flaco (the "Company", "us" or "we") collection, use, and disclosure of information ("PII"), our websites that link to this Privacy Policy, and any other services we provide to our customers or end-users (collectively, the "Services"). 

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

We do not knowingly collect PII from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have any PII about a child under 13, please contact us immediately so we may remove it.


(a)  We may collect PII at various points throughout our Services. We may collect the following categories of PII:

i.     Information automatically collected. This includes information collected from cookies and other automatic log or tracking capabilities. v.      Input information or data into any of our Services, or post or upload Content to our Services. Includes, interact with other Genwise users and guests on our community forums or visit any of our websites.


(a)  In general, we use PII to enhance the user experience and to facilitate and complete orders for services. We may use your Personal Information in the following ways:

i.     To facilitate and complete Services.

ii.     To customize or set up Services.

iii.     To track your purchases and purchase history to enhance your use of our Services and to help us identify and to suggest specific offers that we think might be valuable to you.

iv.     To answer your questions and provide customer support.

v.     To optimize and customize your experience while on the Services.

vi.     To log, analyze, and test Services functionality.


(a)  We may disclose your PII in the following limited ways:

i.     To partners as necessary to complete your order for a service.

ii.     To our third party credit card processors to facilitate payments.

iii.     To comply with a legal process, subpoena, or court order, or to defend ourselves in a legal action or dispute.

iv.     As the terms of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our assets.

v.     To our analytics partners to optimize and analyze our Services.


(a)  We take the security of your PII seriously and employ various security safeguards to protect it from inadvertent disclosure or access. However, it is impossible to guarantee that your PII will not be intercepted when transmitted to us across the internet. Therefore, any PII transmitted to the Company is transmitted at your own risk and the Company will not be responsible for any damages incurred as a result of any data breach.

(b)  We may use Google Analytics on our Services. Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google. Google utilizes the data collected to track and examine the use of the Site and other Services, to prepare reports on the activities of its users, and share them with other Google services. Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

(c)   Most web browsers allow you to disable or limit your use of cookies. Please note that doing so may limit your ability to enjoy all the features of the Site.

(d)  You may encounter links to third party websites or downloads ("Third Party Links") when browsing the Site. We have no affiliation with these Third Party Links and cannot guarantee your security or privacy when accessing them. Please use caution when accessing Third Party Links.

(e)   With respect to transfers of information out of the European Union (EU), we may process some personally identifiable information pursuant to data processing agreements that include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

(f)  The Company may modify or replace this Agreement at any time by updating this document on the Site. You agree to be bound by the most recent version of the Agreement as posted on the Site.
